Risk disclosure

Before using a 1UPay testing version or any deposit, conversion, card or transfer feature, review these risks and the service arrangements still requiring confirmation. Operator: NexOrbit AI Technology Limited (雲啟科華科技有限公司). Updated: 10 October 2026.

Digital assets and networks

Digital assets such as USDT carry market, issuer, depegging and redemption risks; principal and stable value are not guaranteed. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Wrong networks or addresses, congestion, confirmation delays and changing fees can cause loss. Check the supported network, address, amount and limits before a transfer, and avoid unknown addresses.

Fund control and channel dependency

In the known testing model, the operator holds customer USDT and separately prefunds the channel. Insufficient prefunding may make card services unavailable even after a customer has deposited funds. Custody, segregation, card issuance, conversion and settlement entities and customer asset safeguards have not been fully verified. Company registration, a card brand or a testing download is not evidence of asset protection.

Conversion, fees and card restrictions

Converting USDT into USD card balances involves quote, fee, delay and failure risks. The channel’s 1.5% conversion cost is not an established customer fee. USD balances on type A cards cannot be withdrawn; the scope, eligibility and exit arrangements for type B transfers/payments still require confirmation. Obtain clear fees, refund, card-closure and remaining-balance information before topping up.

Testing, security and service changes

Testing versions may contain faults or interruptions, and features and location eligibility may change. An available download link does not establish a formal store release, regulatory approval or availability of financial services everywhere. Protect accounts, devices and verification information, beware of fraud, and contact the team with transaction references if irregularities, restrictions or interruptions occur.
