Delete your 1UPay account and associated data

How to request deletion
Currently, request deletion of your 1UPay account by email. Email developer@1upay.com from your registered email address with the subject “1UPay account deletion request”, requesting deletion of your account and associated personal data. You may also use the request button on this page to prepare an email; you must send it in your email app. The current App does not yet have a dedicated account-deletion button. If you cannot access your registered email address, contact +852 90421964 for assistance. Assigned company staff receive and follow up on support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
Verification and progress
Account ownership must be verified before processing to protect the account. Do not attach full identity documents, passwords, verification codes or private keys to the first email. If further verification is needed, the team should explain the necessary information and a secure submission method. Use the same email for progress enquiries. This website provides a contact-based request option; it does not directly modify the App database or display an unverified deletion-success result.
Balances and unsettled matters
You may still request deletion when USDT or card balances, pending transactions, refunds or disputes exist; ask the team to coordinate balances and card closure. USD balances on type A cards cannot be withdrawn, so withdrawal cannot be a universal prerequisite. Exit and refund arrangements require confirmation by the company and channel. An account deletion request does not authorise erasing customer balances or unsettled transaction records.
Deletion and retention
After verification and completion of account-deletion processing, the backend database deletes the user account and no longer retains its registration email address. Account deletion and fund settlement are handled separately. Transaction ledgers, backups and records held by card or payment providers are distinct from the registration account. For records that must be retained, the company should explain the categories, reasons and applicable periods. Public blockchain records cannot be erased. This page does not promise deletion of all third-party or public blockchain records, or set an unconfirmed blanket retention period.
